Auctions America by RM offers a wide variety of bidding options as explained below.

General bidding requirements:
• Driver's license or passport identification
• Bank Letter of Guarantee or $2,000 US credit card authorization
• Copy of Dealer and Resale tax certificate (when registering as a dealer)

Please note, a bank letter of guarantee is required should you choose to pay for any purchases with a personal or company check.

$50.00 for absentee and telephone bidding!

As an absentee bidder, an Auctions America representative will bid on your behalf until your bid is sufficient to purchase the lot or your maximum bid is reached. Should two absentee bidders place identical maximum bids, the bidder whose bid form was received first shall take precedence.

As a telephone bidder, an Auctions America representative will contact you during the auction three to five lots before the lot you wish to bid on and will execute the bidding on your behalf in the auction room. Please note that telephone bidding is not available for lots with a low estimate below $2,000. Please arrange to submit absentee bids as described above for such lots. In addition, telephone lines are limited, and cellular service may be marginal at the sale site. As a result, available lines will be assigned in the order in which the bidder's registrations are received.

Auctions America by RM is not responsible for errors, omissions or late-arriving bids. All telephone and absentee bids must be sent in at least 24 hours before the start of the sale.
